Before moving to Maine, I spent seventeen years at the highest levels of the music industry in Nashville and New York. I was the president’s assistant and contracts administrator for international rosters at APA and Columbia Artists Management. That work taught me how to position talent, communicate value clearly, and close deals with decision-makers who have a lot of options and very little time.
​
I was born and raised in Greenwich, Connecticut and I built my first brand, a five location award-winning colorful shop on Cape Cod, that served locals and tourists alike for over 15 years. Those stores were named “must-see” regional destinations named by the Boston Globe, Cape Cod Magazine, Cape Cod Life Magazine, and AAA Travel Magazine Gold Star Club. That experience taught me how to turn simple spaces and customer experiences into brands people will remember, are loyal to, and choose again.

Today, I bring all of that together through Downeast Business Studio in Downeast Maine. I also work closely with my husband’s excavating company, Downeast Dirtworks. That hands-on work gives me real-time insight into land development sequencing, septic systems, grading, shoreland rules, and the actual challenges of building and positioning properties here. I also get to experience trends on Main St. and in real estate from a very unique perspective. As a licensed FAA Part 107 drone pilot, I can legally "for commercial use" capture and showcase beautiful spaces and places from the air.

My focus is simple: I help your business or property show up as a destination - not just another place. Whether you own a vacation rental competing for visibility on a shared platform with high  fees (Airbnb and VRBO), a local service business that wants to reach a new audience beyond Facebook and Instagram, or a special place that deserves to be found as a real destination, I build digital and brand assets that authentically reflect your story and help your property grow and reach way beyond your services and amenities list.
